Welcome to Vidreels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vidreels platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Your Account

1.1 Registration and Security

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You may sign in using:

Your registered email address and password
A supported third-party provider, such as Google

Your account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at feedback@vidreels.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

1.2 Subscriptions and Billing

Some features are available exclusively to paid subscribers. Subscriptions begin on the date of your initial payment, and all applicable fees, charges, and taxes are your responsibility.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If no cancellation option appears, your subscription does not auto-renew and no action is required.

Refunds: Because AI-generated content requires significant computational resources — including GPU processing, electricity, and server capacity — refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds are only available for unused subscriptions requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Subscriptions that have been used to generate content are not eligible for refunds.
Discounted subscriptions, promotional credits, and consumed credits are non-refundable.
We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the service before subscribing.

For delayed or missing refunds, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at feedback@vidreels.ai.

Purchases made through unauthorized or unrecognized third-party platforms are not covered by our refund or support policies.

2. Legal Capacity

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

You have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement; or you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization.
You are not prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under any applicable law, including those of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, and materials on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, and code — are owned by or licensed to Vidreels. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership. It will automatically terminate if you breach any of these Terms, and we may revoke it at any time.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Platform ("Your Content"). By using the Platform, you grant Vidreels a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of Your Content, solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account. However, where Your Content has already been incorporated into commercial or promotional materials, the license will persist until that use has ceased.

You authorize us to associate your username and account details with Your Content in a manner consistent with your privacy preferences.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Platform Usage

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of the Platform.
Circumvent, bypass, or tamper with any security, access control, or rate-limiting feature.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data — whether ours or a third party's.
Use the Platform in any way that disrupts, degrades, or impairs our infrastructure or other users' experience.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.
Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

5.2 Content Standards

You may not upload, share, or generate content through the Platform that:

Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
Constitutes or encourages criminal activity, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right.
Contains unsolicited advertising, spam, or political solicitations.
Discloses personal information about others without their explicit consent.
Exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way.
Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
You do not have the right to share under any applicable law or contractual obligation.

We may remove content that violates these standards at our discretion. To report a violation, contact us at feedback@vidreels.ai or use the reporting tool on the Platform.

5.3 Third-Party Content

Unless explicitly permitted, content created by third parties and accessible through the Platform — including videos, images, and text — may not be used for commercial purposes. You must respect any restrictions imposed by the rights holder on further distribution.

6. Copyright and Infringement Claims

6.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to feedback@vidreels.ai that includes:

A description of the copyrighted work and sufficient information for us to locate the alleged infringement.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will take appropriate action within 1–3 business days, which may include restricting or removing the relevant content and notifying the uploader.

6.2 Counter-Notices

If you believe a notice was filed against your content in error, you may send a counter-notice to feedback@vidreels.ai. We will notify the complainant and, unless legal proceedings are initiated within 10–14 days, restore the content. Counter-notices should reference the DMCA counter-notice requirements available at copyright.gov.

6.3 Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are found to have repeatedly infringed third-party intellectual property rights.

6.4 Other Rights Infringement

If you believe materials on the Platform infringe your rights other than copyright, contact us at feedback@vidreels.ai with relevant documentation supporting your claim.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vidreels makes no warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.
Any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidreels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before use. Access to third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the HKSAR.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

We also reserve the right to modify the scope, features, or pricing of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice. We may discontinue or limit access to the Services, in whole or in part, for any user at any time.

If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination and Assignment

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by stopping your use of the Platform. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract these Terms or the Services to any third party. Notice of such action will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform implies your consent.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidreels regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements or understandings on this subject. No amendment or waiver of any provision of these Terms will be valid unless published on the Platform by us.
