At Vidreels, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds on subscription purchases that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
  • No AI-generated content has been created using the subscription.

Because AI generation consumes significant computational resources — including GPU processing, energy, and server infrastructure — subscriptions that have been used to produce content are not eligible for a refund. If you would like to evaluate the service before subscribing, please use our free tier.

Non-Eligible Purchases

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscriptions used to generate any content, even partially.
  • Discounted subscriptions, limited-time offers, or promotional pricing.
  • Gift codes, vouchers, or credits received as part of a promotion.
  • Consumed credits or add-ons that have been partially or fully used.
  • Payments made through methods that do not technically support reversals (such as certain cryptocurrency transactions). Any such restriction will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at feedback@vidreels.ai with your account email and order details. Our team will review your request and verify eligibility. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider — processing times can vary by a few business days.
  3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at feedback@vidreels.ai and we will investigate.
